Orders

 

All bulk orders from this page have a processing time of 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends, holidays and shipping time. All orders are processed in the order we received them.

All customer related inquires should contact info@kandlesbykash.com

Any customer service related emails, please add order number and issue in the subject line. 

All orders under 24hr processing time may be modified that is equal to the original purchase. Any orders will not be able to change after the 24hr window. 

We DO NOT accept orders that have different billing and shipping addresses.

Returns/Refunds

There’s absolutely no returns due to the products that we sell. Any orders that need to be canceled should be made within 24hrs of the purchased date. 

Due to sanitary purposes, for wholesale there is no returns or refunds.

Shipping

We ship Monday-Friday. 

If tracking has not updated after the 24hr window, please contact us at info@kandlesbykash.com

All initial bulk orders $50 and over will require a signature. So please make sure that you are able to sign for your package when it arrives. 

In any event if your package was return to us, you would have to pay a reshipment fee. 

Before contacting our customer service department for tracking, please check your spam. Once order has been received by the carrier, it is no longer in our possession. 

If you have not received your order and the delivery date has passed. Please contact us at info@kandlesbykash.com 

We do not offer pick up at this time.

Any damaged packaging, please email us at info@organicsbykash.com. Information we would need is your order number and damage packaging in the subject line. In the body, we need to know what happened and pictures.  

Hours of Operation

We are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. All emails will resume the following Monday. All emails should have your order number in the subject line and issue. Emails will have a response within 24-48 hr of it being received.
